The old way is to do more of what you've done. Work harder, increase pressure, strive. That amplifies the problem. It doesn't solve it.

Certain patterns keep happening no matter how many times you try to change them. Decisions are heavy and the pressure doesn't lift the way it used to. And despite everything you've built, you know deep down it’s not only the business which needs something different, you need something different - but you’re unsure what to do.

Most leadership development focuses on what you do. But what if it’s about who you’re being?

Better systems, clearer strategy, and more effective execution are helpful but not until you’ve gone deeper. There's a layer beneath behaviour that conventional coaching rarely reaches.

When you work with the internal architecture - you mind, your story - that shapes how you think, act, and lead, but it all happens largely beneath your awareness.

Behaviour is a consequence of being.

The most powerful lever you can pull isn't a new tactic. It's working on who you are being at any moment. By evolving the internal structures of beliefs, biases and story, we can create choose who is running the show.

This is the work I do.

I work at the intersection of internal psychology and external leadership - helping founders and CEOs understand what's actually driving their behaviour, so they can lead with less friction and build something that feels as good from the inside as it looks from the outside.

I call this Coherent Leadership.

The gap between where you are and where you want to be is rarely a skills gap or a strategy gap.

It's an identity gap. And once you see it, you can close it deliberately.
